Privacy Policy
Slabmint is built so that the pictures of your cards never leave your iPhone. This page explains exactly what the app does and does not do with data.
Summary
Revised 23 September 2026
The short version
Slabmint has no account, no analytics and no advertising. Your photographs, measurements, reports and submissions are stored on your device. We cannot see them.
On your device
What stays on the device
- Photographs you take or import, and the flattened card images made from them.
- Measurements, grade estimates, market values you type in, and submission plans.
- Your settings, including grading fees you have edited.
All measurement runs locally using Apple's Vision and Core Image frameworks. Deleting the app removes this data.
Network
The one network request
If you search the card catalogue, the text you type is sent to the public Pokémon TCG API (api.pokemontcg.io) to look up card names, sets and market prices. No photograph, measurement or identifier is sent with it. You can skip the search entirely and type the card details yourself.
Purchases
Membership is handled by Apple. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether a membership is active. We never receive your payment details.
Your rights
Children
Slabmint is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
