Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use Slabmint on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which these terms supplement.

Estimates are estimates

Slabmint measures what it can see in a photograph and compares it with published grading tolerances. Professional graders assess things a photograph cannot show, and apply their own judgement. Nothing in the app is a guarantee of the grade a card will receive, of a card's value, or of a return on a grading submission. Grading fees, turnaround times and market values change; verify them with the grading company before you submit.

Decisions about grading and selling are yours alone.

Membership

Measuring cards is free. Slabmint Collector unlocks the submit-or-keep calculations and the submission planner.

• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account at the price shown in the app at purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is bought.
• The lifetime option is a single purchase, not a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy.

Trademarks

PSA, Beckett, BGS, CGC, SGC and TAG are trademarks of their respective owners. Slabmint is independent of all of them and refers to them only to describe published grading standards. Card names and images shown after a catalogue search belong to their respective rights holders.

Liability

Slabmint is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for grading outcomes, lost value, fees paid, or any indirect loss arising from use of the app.
